Thanks for pointing this out, you are correct. In talking with folks on the team several months back, they wanted to integrate ThemeProvider into Fluent v8 and provide a more clear way to use themes.

Testing with v7.168.0, the separate ThemeProvider is applicable and v8 it is built in.
